Recently, in my MIS 387 Website Design class, myself and my teammate were given the task to revamp a local business’ current website. Our client, The ANNA Shelter, had a website that felt a little cluttered and we felt that (like the animals who temporarily live there) the site needed room to breathe. So this is what we did…
I also have plenty of experience in leadership roles! For two years in my military enlistment I was a fireteam leader, which included experience in team management, administrative accountability, supply management and security details, all while leading and training team personnel.

Another leadership role that I’ve been placed in is a zip line lead supervisor at Peek’n Peak! In this position I’m in charge of making sure that a pair of 1000 foot long zip lines operates smoothly and that customers have a fun and safe experience. Along with those daily responsibilities I assist in training staff members on a variety of skills; anything from how to harness a person correctly to how to lower someone down from sixty feet in the air in the safest manner possible.
