I was born in Boulder, Colorado and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, I love the outdoors! In my free time I enjoy kayaking, skateboarding, fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding and many other activities.

After high school I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2006 and was deployed to Iraq in 2008. Once my four year enlistment was up I went back home to Erie. Some years later I enrolled at Penn State and began my professional career search.

During my time here at Penn State Behrend I’ve found a passion for making businesses more efficient through the use of technology, which is the reason I am currently pursuing my Management Information Systems Baccalaureate degree. I enjoy learning ways to help businesses make better, more informed decisions. One of my other interests is trying to find ways to make current processes faster. For example, in my Database Management Systems course I really found the use of SQL to join particular database tables together extremely interesting and the different ways that it can be done. However, I’m not done there! I really look forward to learning more and more as my professional education continues.
